10 Day Money Back Guarantee - If you are not happy with your hair shears, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.  Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Nose to the Grindstone and a Return Authorization Number must be assigned and included with the returned item.  Special order items are not returnable.  To receive full credit, less shipping costs, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid to the location designated by Nose to the Grindstone and MUST include the Return Authorization Number marked on the shipping package.  Warranty card, manuals, and everything that was shipped in the original package must be included.  If the original order is not returned completely the return or returns will be refused or rejected.  Product must be returned in new, never used condition, unless authorized by Nose to the Grindstone.
 
Note:  There will be a 20% restocking fee for Kasho and Matsuzaki Shears returned for reasons not due to defect or Nose to the Grindstone error.


Shipping

Nose to the Grindstone will provide free shipping on orders of $150.00 or more.  Internet orders are processed for shipping when received and will be delivered on average from 4 to 10 business days.  On occasion a shear may be on back order.  Please provide email address and phone number so that we can notify you of this issue.  We ship in the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.  We ship to physical addresses only. We will not ship to P.O. boxes or APO military addresses.  If your order is returned due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by you, Nose to the Grindstone will bill you an additional cost of reshipping to the corrected shipping address.


Important Information

Nose to the Grindstone reserves the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel an order for any reason. Receipt of an electronic or other form of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order.  This also does not confirm our offer to sell.  Orders will not be shipped until your payment method is authorized, and the order information is verified for accuracy.  An order may be canceled if you ordered an out of stock item, a discontinued item or an error in product or pricing has occurred.  Other reasons for order cancellation include problems identifying credit information by our fraud department.  Nose to the Grindstone will contact you if any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is needed to accept your order.  If your order is canceled or rejected after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.  Individual financial institution policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. 


Our Manufacturers and Warranties

We do not manufacture any of the products on this website.  We make no representation nor do we warranty any products on our website.  Shears sold on the Nose to the Grindstone site are guaranteed for life against defects in material or workmanship by that manufacturer to the original purchase.  We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of the shears. This includes, but not limited to, dropping, and/or sharpening by anyone other than Nose to the Grindstone.

If there is a problem with the item after the 10 day return period, send it directly, prepaid, to its respective manufacturer for prompt repair or replacement.  If needed, we at Nose to the Grindstone will assist you in locating the contact information of the manufacturer so that you can get any problems resolved.
